Countdown To Down Under

Anyone would want to remember all the memorable moments and details of events in their young life as if they were right there living it all over again...good or bad I think. In an effort to stay connected to anyone who cares to read this and document what I feel is worth remembering, I've turned this blog into a journal to track my summer abroad in Australia and New Zealand that I'll be sure to fill with pictures, videos and more.

On June 19th I'll catch a direct flight at 11:55pm from Los Angeles airport on Quantas airlines to Sydney, Australia. I guess I get in at around 7:30am Australia time...sooo, what I'm thinking about doing is staying up for the first eight hours of the flight watching a new TV series and then taking some Tylenol PM to knock me out for the last 10 hours..ya, do the math, thats an 18 hours flight ugghhh.

I get in a day early, but the trip consists of training for field hockey at olympic facilities, two classes on social sciences and history of australia, playing for a club team there and of course tour around. There is around 25 people going I believe and most are girls, along with my teammate Adelle and other good friend Desiree who plays on the girls soccer team.

I gotta go for now, but I'll update again soon.

joyfully,

Molly
